Following graduation, Brian trained under a mentor for 2 years specializing in Functional Manual Therapy. Functional Manual Therapy is a well-known treatment approach which focuses on treating muscles and joints as the body is moving. Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) is also incorporated during treatment to re-educate dysfunctional or weak muscles. Brian also completed a TMD course with Dr. Mariano Rocabado focusing on TMJ, upper cervical diagnosis and treatment. Brian has now been successfully treating patients with these techniques for over 10 years.

Massage Therapy

I graduated from the Lethbridge College Massage Therapy Program (Accredited by the Canadian Massage Therapy Council for Accreditation) In April of 2021 with 2200 hours of clinical training. I also completed a cupping course in August of 2021 and am amazed at the benefit of it being incorporated with therapeutic treatments.

Helping people reach their goals, whether it be reducing pain, increasing mobility, building strength, or injury recovery, is something I want to do for each individual who comes in. I believe in the value of a multidisciplinary approach to healing the body and look forward to collaborating with my coworkers to help all patients recover from injuries and live better fuller lives.

I love sports and they have always played a major role in my life since day one. I grew up playing many different sports, but the ones I was most active in were hockey, volleyball and olympic lifting. I have competed in olympic lifting for 6 years and attended Junior Nationals 4 times. This is where my passion to help athletes perform to the best of their ability started.

I was born and raised in Prince Albert, SK. and moved to Lethbridge in 2018 for schooling. In my spare time, you will find me spending time with my family, in the gym, in a yoga class, making handmade indigenous jewellery, binge-watching my favourite tv shows, and watching all the new movies (especially anything in the Marvel Universe). My pets, Moose(cat), Loki(cat), and Odin(dog) are also high on my priority list and I love spending my evenings at home with them.

Ally graduated from the massage therapy program at Lethbridge College in April 2020. She has since become certified in Dynamic Cupping and is currently taking an Assisted Stretching course to enhance her massage practice. She treats patients of all ages and activity levels, and especially loves having kids and athletes on her table. One of the goals that Ally strives to achieve with her massage practice is to decrease pain and increase range of motion in muscles and joints. She does this by working the muscle causing the problem and branching out to the compensating muscles that are working extra hard. She does this by using techniques like trigger point release, myofascial work, and joint manipulations. She loves hearing that people feel a good release of tension within the appointment.

Ally grew up in Kelowna B.C. and she spent most of her summers hiking trails or spending time at the beach. She also played basketball throughout her school years and has a love for playing and watching the game, as well as other sports. Ally likes to stay healthy and active by walking the coulees, hiking in Waterton, or going to the gym. She also loves playing piano and has been learning since a young age. In August of 2020 Ally also took her course to be certified in eyelash extensions.

Dr. Delayne Siemens utilizes a number of different techniques in a unique, gentle style of chiropractic care. She treats patients of all ages, from infancy to the elderly, and all stages of life (including pregnancy). She especially enjoys working with athletes as well as people who have suffered a concussion.

Dr. Delayne grew up in Abbotsford, BC, where she enjoyed playing any and every sport. Volleyball became her passion and she went on to play five years of college volleyball at the University of the Fraser Valley while completing her Bachelor of Kinesiology focused on Exercise Science. Through firsthand experience, she learned how valuable chiropractic treatments could be in regard to her sports performance and she decided to pursue the profession. She and her husband Jeremy moved to Portland, Oregon where she attended chiropractic school at the University of Western States, graduating with highest honours. Dr. Delayne had the privilege to do practical work in BC with Dr. Donald Grant, DC (who is renowned for his treatment of concussions and various sports injuries) and with Dr. Lana Patterson, DC, her long-time mentor where she expanded her knowledge in many different treatment styles. In 2014, Dr. Delayne and her husband decided to pack up and move to Lethbridge to start building her practice. She has loved the city ever since.

During the summer you can usually find Dr. Delayne doing something outside, from biking to fishing to just reading in the sun. In the winter she loves to crochet, read and go snowboarding with friends. She also enjoys travelling with her husband, spending her days trying to spot sea turtles while snorkelling or scuba diving.
